Background information Will Wright and Chris Pole were appointed Joint Administrators of Chi-Chi Collection Limited – in Administration (the “Company” or “Chi-Chi”) on 8 September 2023. The Company is a designer and retailer of women’s and children’s clothing and accessories. A sale of the business and assets of the Company was successfully completed on 8 September 2023 to Reem Clothing Limited (the “Purchaser”). Please note that the Purchaser has acquired the brand name, website and social media accounts of the Company and is therefore trading under the same platform as before. A memorandum setting out details of that sale is available to view at http://chichi.ia-insolv.com (the ‘Portal’), together with formal notice of the Joint Administrators’ Appointment. Claims in respect of refunds
