Fit: Main Collection. Designed and crafted to ensure you feel beautiful, confident and desired, each piece in our Chi Chi collection is uniquely designed in-house to complement you and your style.

Length: Longline Midi. Size 8 wearing length from side neck point = 125cm. I sit at the lower shin of someone of average height.

Fabrication: Crepe. I am a delicate fabric that could shrink if not taken proper care of, so please wash me by hand in cold water, do not ring me and lay me flat to dry.

Fabric Composition: Shell: 100% Polyester Lining: 95% Polyester, 5%Elastane

Lining: I am lined with a woven fabric.

Wash Care: Dry Clean Only. I am made from delicate fabrics that need a bit of extra care and are not suitable for the washing machine, so please Dry Clean me only.

Fabric Care: I am a premium product, made of delicate fabric, therefore please watch for sharp objects that could snag my material. I do not stretch.

Fastening: I have concealed back zip and tie detailing.

Additional Benefits: I am the perfect dress for both daytime or date time, with my cute floral print and ruffle detailing. By contrast print at the front and tie detailing with an open back add delicate details. Pair me with chunky boots for the daytime or dress me up with strappy sandals for a night out.

Returns

If you change your mind about any Items purchased, you must generate a return on our Returns Portal within 14 days of the goods arriving with you. Please return them to us (except beauty products, pierced jewellery, lingerie or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:

The Items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains);
If shoes, the Items are unworn and show no signs of wear;
The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.

We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items, and a £2.50 adjustment fee will be deducted from your refund when using our Returns Portal to cover the inbound postage costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of being received into our warehouse. All charitable products will be refunded at the cost price of that product. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
