We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by *applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Chi Chi Account, Personal Information and Security
When you register for a Chi Chi Account, you agree that:
a) The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is accurate; and
b) If any of your information changes (for example you change address) please let us know by updating your Chi Chi Account online or contacting our Customer Services team or by calling 0208 880 1211
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
You are responsible for keeping your Chi Chi Account and Personal Information confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Chi Chi Account or Personal Information and, any breach of security or misuse, or suspected breach of security or misuse of such. Please ensure that you sign out from your Chi Chi Account at the end of each session if you use a shared computer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.
Delivery, Exchange, Returns
We promise to refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you return* it to us in saleable condition by post within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note all items must be returned with all tags on as new, unworn. Your item should be returned in its original packaging. This may not apply if there is a *fault with your item or if your item is *unfit for purpose. We regret that we do not refund outgoing postage, refunds will be made for the cost of the item only. We regret that we cannot apply discount codes retrospectively.
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. Please note that when paying in foreign currencies, your bank may charge a conversion rate. If you are unsure about the rate of conversion please contact your bank.

Certain (hypertext) links in this site will lead to websites which are hosted by our partners. When you activate any of these you will leave the Chi Chi website and we have no control over, and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material on any website which is not under our control.
These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Times quoted in these terms and conditions are Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time (as applicable).
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
A *Return for the purposes of these terms and conditions is not complete until we receive an item. (The date of delivery).
*Unfit for purpose or fault is where a garment has specific fault present at the time of sale.
